Working  experience certificate:

In order to apply for a work permit for a foreigner in Vietnam, the required dossier requires a certificate of work experience of this foreigner. Foreigners who do not have written confirmation of work experience corresponding to the requirements and regulations on the working position will not be granted a work permit. If you do not have a sample of the work experience certificate, you can contact the service for consulting support.

Certificate of working experience of a foreigner from 1-3 years, this form, is detailed in Decree No. 11/201/ND-CP stipulating a number of articles of the Labor Code on foreign workers. other than working in Vietnam. Foreigners can make their own Certificates as long as they meet the required conditions. The certificate of work experience must be consular legalized and notarized translated into Vietnamese before it can be accepted and used by agencies/organizations/individuals in Vietnam. If you do not perform consular legalization, translation into Vietnamese, the application for a work permit will be rejected and returned to the first round.

Expert certificate:

– To be certified as an expert, a foreigner must have a written certification of being an expert with 5 years of working experience issued by a foreign agency or organization.

– Foreigners who have a university degree or higher and have at least 3 years of working experience in the industry are trained in accordance with the position applied for by foreigners at a Vietnamese company or approved by the Prime Minister.

The certificate of experience should contain the following information:

The form of confirmation of work experience depends on each foreign organization/enterprise issued to the employee. Typically, a work experience receipt will include the following information:

– Name of business/organization, location.

– Information about the business, the employer (full name, position) has the role of confirming work experience for employees.

Information of workers who need to confirm work experience to apply for a work permit, including:

+ Full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number …

+ Working time of employees

+ Content of work that the employee is in charge of/working on

+ Position held

The form of confirmation of work experience must be stamped by the enterprise/organization employing foreign workers.

4 Positions on  work permit  .You should  know  as below:

SHARE INFORMATION WHEN WORKING PERMIT IN VIETNAM YOU SHOULD KNOW THE PREPARATION DOCUMENTS YOU SHOULD DO AS FOLLOWING:

1.- In case the employee is an expert: Possessing a university degree or higher or equivalent and having at least 3 years of working experience in a specialized training that is suitable to the position of the foreign worker. plan to work in Vietnam Or have at least 5 years of experience and have a practicing certificate suitable to the position in which the foreign worker is expected to work in Vietnam;

ATTENTION: YOU MUST LEGALIZATE THE UNIVERSITY DEGREE AND LEGALIZE 5 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE AT VIETNAM EMBASSY.

2 & 3.- In case the employee is a Manager and an executive director: A written confirmation that he is a manager or executive director with a minimum term of 03 years. No need to prove a diploma. or legitimize. If you don’t have one, that’s okay.

Note: A manager is a person who manages an enterprise as prescribed in Clause 24, Article 4 of the Law on Enterprises or is the head or deputy of the head of an agency or organization (In some cases, heads of ministries and agencies). departments and divisions of the organization enterprise). The Executive Director is the person who heads and directly manages the unit under the agency, organization or enterprise.

HOWEVER: SOME PROVINCE LIKE IN HANOI IF THE COMPANY GUARANTEE YOU IN HANOI,,..,SOME OTHER PROVINCE, THERE IS NO NEED TO CONFIRM 3 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE. IT IS SPECAIL CASE.

4.-In case the employee is a technical worker: The employee has been trained in a technical or other major for at least 1 year and has worked for at least 3 years in the trained specialty Or at least 5 years of work experience in accordance with the position that the foreign worker is expected to work in Vietnam. No degree or legalization of consular university degree is required.

  • Scanned copy / original WORK EXPERIENCE / HUMAN RESPONSIBILITY ORDER needs to be legalized

  • Scanned copy of company registration certificate in Korea
