BUSINESS VISA APPROVAL  LETTER UNDER A COMPANY SPONSOR

Step 1: Apply for a work/labor entry letter (Job/labor invitation letter) at the immigration office through the agency or organization that guarantees the employee to work or cooperate.
The procedure for applying for an entry letter includes:

• Written visa application (Form NA2)
• Business registration license of the guarantee company
• AN approval for work permit from sponsor who has already guaranteed another client.
• A certified copy of the license or decision of the competent authority on the establishment of the organization
• Document introducing the seal, signature of the authorized person of the organization (Form NA16)
• Pdf copy of whole  Passport  intended date of entry/air ticket.
• Pdf copy of labor  contract
• Some other documents if required by the Immigration Department to provide additional according to the characteristics of each company and each person planning to enter the country.

Step 2: Take the entry letter, print a copy and bring it to the Embassy/Consulate General of Vietnam. Pick up your visa at the Embassy or Consulate General of Vietnam abroad or at the International Arrival Airport  on arrival.
