Converting Vietnamese driver’s license for foreigners from the driving license ‘s home country

Nowadays, the conversion of a foreigner’s driver’s license from a driver’s license in their home country to a Vietnamese driver’s license is a very necessary thing when participating in traffic in Vietnam.

if you need to convert your driving license from homecountry to vietnamese driving license to ride in Vietnam.You should have enough documents for me as below:

+. PDF copy of passport

+. PDF copy of valid current TRC( compulsory)

+. PDF copy of valid driving license from home country( 2 sides). Driving license must be valid at least 3 months and it must be a plastic card , not paper license from home country ( Attention)

+. 1 picture( size: 3* 4) note: white background and color shirt.

+. Health Certificate( we will do for clients)

+. translation- Notarization of driving license from home country for clients.( we will do for clients).

+ Phone number and detailed address where you are living in Vietnam.

Note:

We accept to convert to vietnamese driving license for nationwide. It depends on license from home country you can ride car or bike or both.

The process will take 5-7 days to get approved by Hanoi department of Transport. and then you have to be at Hanoi department of Transport to take a photo & sign. You have to bring all original with you such as passport , 2 years TRC and original license from home in order officer will check everything before taking a photos. Office of MOT will give us an appointment letter. After that you will wait in 1 week .We will get vietnamese driving license from Department of Transport for you and send it straight to your home. Totally , the process will take 2 weeks to get done everything for you .Your vietnamese driving license will be valid same time like current TRC what you have.
