– Original Korean guarantee certificate (with attached form).

– A copy of the ID card or passport of the representative of the inviting company (the person signing the invitation letter).

* Korean visa applicant profile:

– Original passport valid for more than 6 months.

– Photo 3.5×4.5 white background = 2pcs.

– People’s identity card and household registration book copy.

– Labor contract. Decisions on reception, appointment if any, Salary confirmation for the last 3 months.

– Certificate of business registration of the company; Decided to send on a business trip.

2. Apply for a Korean tourist visa

– Original passport valid for more than 6 months, old passports if any.

– Photo 3.5×4.5 white background = 2pcs.

– People’s identity card; Family registration book; Marriage certificate or divorce decree (if any).

– Passbook with a value greater than $ 15,000 (paid 3 months in advance), confirming the balance at the current time

– Bank account statement for the last 6 months.

– Business registration license if you are an employer.

– Labor contract, appointment decisions, reception (if any), payroll for the last 3 months, application for leave to travel if an employee.

– Red book of the owner’s real estate, documents of the owner’s car (if any).

– If retired, have a copy of the pension book.

+ All documents, if Vietnamese, must be translated into Korean or English, presented on A4 paper size.

3. Apply for a Korean visitor visa

* Inviter’s procedure:

– Original invitation letter and original guarantee letter (in Korean or English, clearly stating the personnel of the inviting party and the invited party, content, reason, time of invitation; full name, address and contact phone number of the inviter, cover trip costs …, Invitation letter without form,  The guarantee is in the form).

– Certificate of marriage if the inviter marries the HQ person.

– Proof of work, finance, accommodation of the inviter (Labor contract, bank account, tax declaration in the last 3 months …).

– Certificate of personal seal sample, passport face (the inviter is a Korean citizen)

– Copy of visa entered Korea, copy of inviter’s passport (if the inviter has Vietnamese nationality).

– Other documents to prove the relationship (Depending on each relationship to provide corresponding documents, eg: birth certificate, marriage certificate, correspondence from email back and forth, joint photo …).

– Documents proving studying or working in Korea (if the inviter is studying in Korea).

* Procedures of Korean visa applicants:

– Original passport valid for more than 6 months, Photo 3.5×4.5 white background = 2 pieces.

– Proof of identity (ID card, HK book, marriage registration); Proof of work (labor contract, salary export, leave application …).

– Financial proof, ownership

– If retired, have a copy of the pension book.

– Note: All documents must be translated into Korean or English with the Judicial Notarization Seal.

4. Apply for a Korean visa to visit relatives (visit the husband’s family).

* Inviter’s procedure:

– Original invitation letter and original guarantee letter in Korean or English, clearly stating details of the inviting party and the invitee, content, reason and time of invitation; It is necessary to have the full name, address and contact phone number of the inviter, who pays the trip cost …

– A written commitment to return home on time, signed or stamped by the inviter

– Marriage certificate of the inviter (original Korean side issued within 03 months near the date of visa submission).

– Certificate of family relationship (original Korean issued within 03 months near the date of visa submission).

– Marriage registration/Vietnamese marriage uncle, wedding photo.

– Spouse’s work permit in Vietnam and Temporary residence card or proof of employment of spouse in Vietnam (provided with the company’s Business Registration). If there is no invite, you must provide proof of employment, income, account statement … in South Korea.

– Photocopy of passport face; Personal seal sample certificate.

* Procedures of Korean visa applicants:

– Original passport valid for more than 6 months.

– Photo 3.5×4.5 white background = 2pcs.

– Identity card (ID card, household registration book).

– Proof of work (labor contract, latest 3-month salary confirmation, leave application to visit Korea).

– Financial proof, ownership if any (Owner’s red book, owner’s car papers …)

Heed:
