✔ Stage 1: Registration of foreign recruitment needs

The foreign employer shall prepare a dossier and send it to the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs or the People’s Committee of the province / city.

The dossier includes: Copy and notarized business registration, enclosed: document 01/PLI if registering the need to recruit English teachers for the first time, or 02/PLI if having registered the need to recruit English teachers and coaches before.
