ARTICLE 3. EXPLANATION OF TERMS OF FOREIGNERS IN VIETNAM 2014

-Temporary residence card is a document issued by an immigration management agency or a competent agency of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to a foreigner who is allowed to reside in Vietnam for a definite time and is valid in lieu of a visa.

+2  pictures ( size 3*4 cm white background color shirt).

+ Temporary residence  paper of  foreigners

  Foreigners applying for a temporary residence card to visit relatives:

+1 document for granting temporary residence card form NA6 for organizations and form NA8 for individuals

+ Original passport and 1 notarized copy,

+2 photos of size 3*4 cm (white background color shirt).

+ For guarantors in Vietnam, the bank provides:

+ ID card / cccd,

+ Notarized copy of household registration book

+ Other documents proving the relationship such as marriage registration certificate, birth certificate, if these documents are issued abroad, they must be legalized, translated – notarized.

Cards with the symbol LV1

– Issued to people entering to work with departments, agencies and units directly under the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam; National Assembly, Government, Central Committee of Vietnam Fatherland Front, Supreme People’s Court, Supreme People’s Procuracy, State Audit, ministries, ministerial-level agencies, Governmental agencies ; Provincial Party Committees, Party Committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees of provinces and centrally run cities;

Cards with the symbol LV2

– Issued to people entering to work with socio-political organizations, social organizations, Chambers of Commerce and Industry

Trade and Industry of Vietnam;

Cards with the symbol LS

– Issued to foreign lawyers practicing in Vietnam;

Card with symbol TEL1

– Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of VND 100 billion or more or investing in investment-preferred industries or areas. investment incentives decided by the Government;

Card with symbol TEL2

– Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of between VND 50 billion and under VND 100 billion or investing in industries or professions that encourage investment. development decided by the Government;

Card with symbol TEL3

– Issued to foreign investors in Vietnam and representatives of foreign organizations investing in Vietnam with a contributed capital of between VND 3 billion and under VND 50 billion;

Cards with the symbol NNH

– Issued to persons who are heads of representative offices and projects of international organizations or foreign non-governmental organizations in Vietnam;

Cards with the symbol NN2

– Issued to heads of representative offices, branches of foreign traders, representative offices of foreign economic, cultural and other professional organizations in Vietnam;

Card with symbol DH

– Issued to people entering to practice and study;

Cards with PV1 . symbol

– Issued to reporters and newspapers residing in Vietnam;

Cards with the symbol LT

– Issued to foreigners working in Vietnam with certification that they are not eligible for work permits, unless otherwise provided for in an international treaty to which Vietnam is a signatory;

Card with symbol LD2

– Issued to foreigners working in Vietnam who are required to have a work permit;

Symbols NG3, LV1,LV2, DT and DH are valid for 5 years

Symbols NN1, NN2, TT are valid for 3 years

Symbols LD, PV1 are valid for 2 years
