Iranian visa for Vietnamese nationality has 2 forms:

✔ 1st type: visa issued at the airport (visa on arrival).

✔ 2nd type: sticker visa issued at Iranian consulate Vietnam.

✔ Visa validity is 3 months, entry 1 time/visa.

✔ Maximum stay: 30 days per entry.

Important notes to know when applying for an Iranian visa

The following cases are not eligible for a type 2 visa:

✔ Passport holders of the following countries are not eligible for visas at arrival airports: USA, UK, Canada, Colombia, Somalia, Bangladesh, Jordan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan, and India.

✔ Journalists and reporters cannot apply for visas at arrival airports.

✔ Iranians who hold an additional passport from another country are also not on the list of visas allowed at the arrival airport.

✔ Visa at the arrival airport is only applicable for tourist purposes, not in the following cases: holders of diplomatic and official passports issued to government employees traveling on business in Iran and accompanying dependents.

✔ Those who have been to Israel and have a visa on their passport will not be issued at the arrival airport.
